The Law Offices of Robert L. Bogen strive to develop an intimate relationship with every client by providing personalized service and careful attention to clients’ priorities. The firm specializes in all family law matters (divorces, custody/visitations, relocations, support issues, modifications and enforcements), as well as all criminal defense matters (felonies, misdemeanors, probation violations and DUI/traffic matters).

The firm also has an extensive appellate practice in family and criminal law matters. Robert L. Bogen has appeared in all levels of state and federal court and has over 360 published appellate opinions. He has been successful in having the United States Supreme Court overturn previous rulings of both the Florida District Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Florida.

Robert L. Bogen has practiced law in Florida since 1976 and has managed his own firm since 1991. He is an active member of several bar associations and committees/sections, both local and statewide. He has been a lecturer in appellate practice and has appeared on radio talk shows to speak on family law and criminal law. He has earned the distinction of Martindale-Hubbell’s highest “AV” rating, and appears in its Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. He practices primarily in Palm Beach and Broward counties.
